2. Services Provided

Brandtrove provides strategic brand management, partnership facilitation, and collaboration execution services. Our services include talent discovery, deal structuring, campaign management, and performance tracking.

3. Payments & Engagement

  • Engagements are confirmed only upon execution of a formal contract.
  • Payment schedules are defined per project and must be adhered to strictly.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in immediate suspension of services.
  • Prices are subject to change based on project scope modifications.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Requests for cancellation or modification of active projects must be submitted in writing. Specific notice periods and associated fees will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Brandtrove reserves the right to charge for work already performed up to the date of cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, and intellectual property developed by Brandtrove remain the property of Brandtrove until all contractual obligations and payments are fulfilled. Usage rights for client campaigns are granted as specified in the project contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brandtrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or collaborations facilitated through our networks. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific commercial results from partnerships.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, strategies, and partnership details disclosed during the term of engagement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of any project.

Engagement Terms

Clients engaging with Brandtrove agree to a professional partnership model focused on strategic brand alignment and cultural relevance. Our engagement process begins with a formal discovery phase, where objectives and target audience metrics are established. All partnerships are subject to a mutual agreement outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and the scope of talent involvement. Brandtrove acts as a facilitator and strategic advisor, leveraging professional networks to secure high-impact collaborations. Continued engagement is dependent on adherence to the communication protocols and strategic direction defined at the project's inception. We prioritize transparency and professional integrity in every deal we structure, ensuring that both the brand and the talent interests are aligned for long-term performance.

Payments

All services are subject to the payment terms outlined in the specific Engagement Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoicing occurs on a monthly basis, with payments due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Brandtrove reserves the right to suspend services for any accounts with overdue balances exceeding thirty (30) days.

Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved digital payment methods. Any third-party transaction fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the payment process are the sole responsibility of the client. Detailed invoicing records will be maintained and provided upon request for audit purposes.

Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that project requirements and schedules may change. Any request for modification to the agreed scope of services must be submitted in writing. Brandtrove will evaluate the request and provide a revised project timeline and fee structure if necessary. Significant modifications may be treated as a new engagement.

For cancellations, the client must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered, expenses incurred, and non-cancelable commitments made by Brandtrove up to the effective date of termination. Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the individual service agreement.

Brandtrove reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the client fails to comply with engagement terms, including non-payment of invoices or failure to provide necessary approvals within stipulated timeframes.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Brandtrove or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Brandtrove and protected by international copyright laws.

Unless otherwise stated, Brandtrove owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Brandtrove for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brandtrove, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Brandtrove's aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the total amount paid by you to Brandtrove for the services during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. Brandtrove facilitates professional collaborations and is not responsible for the personal conduct or private actions of individuals unless explicitly covered by a written contractual agreement for a specific campaign.

Confidentiality

Brandtrove acknowledges that in the course of engagement, both parties may have access to sensitive and proprietary information. We are committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding all non-public information shared by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic business plans, trade secrets, financial data, and personal details. We will not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling our contractual obligations without explicit prior written consent, except where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, Delhi.

Changes to Terms

Brandtrove reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
